Please use this form to make a booking to use the BBQ area.
An owner or resident of Graceview and their invitees may use the BBQ area for the purpose of having a BBQ between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm on any day of the week. An owner/resident must be present at the time when the BBQ area is in use. 
Please note the usage of the BBQ area must be in accordance with Special By-Law 8:

• Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the BBQ area unless accompanied by an adult;

• Usage of the BBQ area must not cause a nuisance to owners or occupiers of other Lots in our strata scheme;

• Usage of the BBQ area must not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the owner or occupiers of another lot or any person lawfully using the common property;

• An owner or occupier who uses the BBQ equipment must use it for its intended purpose and must leave the BBQ equipment in a clean and tidy condition and must remove all rubbish from the BBQ area immediately after use;

• An owner of a Lot is liable for the cost of repairing or replacing any of the BBQ equipment or any part of the BBQ area that is damaged or destroyed by the owner/occupier or an invitee of the owner/occupier of that Lot.
